We’re hiring a PM to lead industrial & commercial mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fabrication, etc.) - typically jobs with real complexity and visibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Own projects end-to-end (schedule, budget, profitability)
• Lead coordination across field teams, subs, and clients
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Track costs, billing, and overall financial performance
• Keep jobs moving—on time and on budget
• You’ll usually focus on one major project at a time, with a mix of office + field time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Mechanical contracting background (required)
• Experience owning project financials
• Procore + Microsoft Office proficiency
• OSHA certification
