Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (PT / PTA)

Currently hiring passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join a growing outpatient therapy team across Virginia’s Eastern Shore. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with relocation assistance available for candidates looking to make a move to a welcoming coastal community. The team is currently expanding and developing a new 11,000 sq. ft. rehabilitation center to support continued patient demand and growth.

Location & Work Environment:

• This is a fully onsite role based in Virginia’s Eastern Shore region.
• Relocation Support - Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
• Local housing and realtor support during interview process
• Opportunity to live in a scenic rural coastal community with a lower cost of living and close-knit atmosphere
• Therapists typically split time between two nearby clinics depending on where they live, though flexibility exists for candidates preferring a single location assignment.

Specialty & Patient Population:

• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Sports medicine
• Neurological rehabilitation
• General outpatient therapy
• Adult and geriatric care
• Teenage athletes during seasonal sports cycles

Schedule Information:

• Monday–Friday
• Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible approach to scheduling admin time

Compensation:

• Physical Therapist (PT) - Approximately $45/hour
• Compensation flexibility for strong candidates
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Approximately $30–35/hour
• Open to experience-based negotiation
• Additional Compensation - Bonus opportunities negotiable

Requirements For Physical Therapists (PT):

• Active Virginia PT License
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy accepted
• Strong hands-on clinical approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements For Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)

• Active Virginia PTA License
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Collaborative mindset working alongside supervising PTs
