Construction Material Sales Representative

An established importer and distributor of cement and construction materials with over 25 years in business, is growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the construction industry and can confidently speak the language of:

• Cement
• Aggregates
• Ready-Mix
• Building Materials
• Construction Supply Chains

Salary & Benefits:

• $65K–$85K base salary + Commission - OTE $100K–$120K
• Dental & vision coverage

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Travel throughout Florida and the Eastern U.S. market
• Meet contractors, suppliers, distributors, and decision-makers face-to-face
• Cold call, network, and build long-term partnerships
• Work with both large-scale companies and independent customers
• Help drive growth in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, building materials, or construction industry sales
• Proven ability to develop business and close deals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality — energetic, motivated, and hungry to grow
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
