Marketing Manager

You’ll be the sole marketing professional in the organization — partnering directly with ownership and leadership to modernize the company’s brand, online presence, and lead generation efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and own the company’s marketing function
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
  • Manage and modernize the company’s online presence
  • Create engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Oversee website updates, branding, and digital visibility
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Support the sales team with marketing tools and lead-generation initiatives
  • Develop campaigns that directly drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Partner closely with ownership and leadership on branding and strategic direction
  • Bring fresh, modern ideas while respecting the company’s relationship-driven culture

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience managing social media, digital marketing, branding, and website content
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently
  • Strong content creation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day marketing initiatives
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Someone culture-centric who values relationships, collaboration, and long-term growth
  • Comfortable working onsite and being immersed in the business
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work directly with leadership and sales teams
  • Construction, industrial, equipment, or blue-collar industry experience is a plus — but not required
