Junior Estimator | Mechanical Insulation & HVAC
Let’s be honest—most “entry-level” roles either expect experience you don’t have or offer growth that never really shows up.
This isn’t one of those roles.
A growing commercial contractor in the mechanical insulation and HVAC world is looking for a Junior Estimator who’s ready to learn, get hands-on, and build a real career in a niche, high-demand industry.
What you’ll actually be doing:
This isn’t busy work, you’ll be learning the backbone of how major construction projects come to life.
- Dive into blueprints and figure out how complex systems fit together
- Run takeoffs and help build real project estimates
- Support bids for hospitals, data centers, and large commercial builds
- Learn how HVAC and insulation systems are designed, priced, and installed
- Work directly with experienced estimators who are invested in teaching you
Who this is perfect for:
- You’ve been around HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction
- You like understanding how things work—not just following instructions
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right
- You want a career path with direction, not guesswork
What you’ll get in return:
- $22–$32/hour + bonuses (and real overtime opportunities)
- Company-paid health insurance
- 401(k) + paid time off that grows with you
- Flexible schedules
- Hands-on training (the kind where you actually learn, not just observe)
The bigger picture:
This role is a starting point—not a stopping point.
You’ll have a clear path to grow into:
- Senior Estimator
- Project Manager
- Regional or leadership roles
Why people stay here:
Because it feels different.
It’s a team-first, no-ego environment where:
- People actually help each other
- Leadership teaches instead of micromanaging
- Work ethic is valued and rewarded
- And you’re given the chance to build something long-term
If you’re ready to start building a career with momentum—this is your move.
