We’re looking for an Accounting Lead to oversee core accounting operations and help drive financial accuracy across commercial and industrial construction projects. You’ll work closely with leadership and project teams while helping ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day construction accounting activities and support month-end close

• Manage WIP and percentage-of-completion (POC) reporting

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and job costing processes

• Provide leadership and oversight to two accounting team members who support AP, AR, and invoicing functions

• Partner with leadership and project teams on financial reporting and operational decisions

• Help improve accounting workflows and processes to increase efficiency

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure projects stay financially on track

• Work within construction ERP systems, Excel, and Procore

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience required

• Strong experience with WIP reporting, POC accounting, job costing, and payroll

• Previous experience leading or mentoring accounting staff preferred

• Experience using construction ERP/accounting systems

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset

• Procore experience is a plus
