$93,000 – $112,000 base salary + discretionary bonus potential

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a fast-paced production facility. This person will lead a team of maintenance technicians while driving equipment reliability, preventative maintenance initiatives, safety compliance, and continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with production and operations teams to maximize uptime, improve efficiencies, and support overall plant performance. The environment is dynamic, customer-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
  • Oversee all preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities, repairs, scheduling, and troubleshooting efforts
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Partner closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Help drive maintenance planning, spare parts inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain maintenance records and asset tracking through CMMS systems
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a strong plant safety culture
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
  • Support hands-on maintenance work as needed alongside the team

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Someone who can motivate technicians, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-moving production environment
  • Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Nonwovens, textiles, automotive, or related manufacturing experience is highly preferred
