What you'll be doing:

  • Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
  • Coordinate directly with Owners, General Contractors, field leadership, and subcontractors
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
  • Support field operations alongside Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
  • Lead coordination for rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, cranes, and related concrete scopes
  • Attend project meetings and serve as the primary communication lead throughout the project lifecycle

What they're looking for:

  • 5–10 years of concrete construction experience
  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience within commercial concrete construction
  • Strong understanding of structural concrete operations and production
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Experience managing change orders, schedules, and project financials
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Excel
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to visit active jobsites

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Spanish bilingual skills is a plus
  • Experience working for commercial concrete subcontractors
