What you'll be doing:
- Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
- Coordinate directly with Owners, General Contractors, field leadership, and subcontractors
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
- Support field operations alongside Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Lead coordination for rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, cranes, and related concrete scopes
- Attend project meetings and serve as the primary communication lead throughout the project lifecycle
What they're looking for:
- 5–10 years of concrete construction experience
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience within commercial concrete construction
- Strong understanding of structural concrete operations and production
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Experience managing change orders, schedules, and project financials
- Familiarity with construction management software and Excel
- Reliable transportation and willingness to visit active jobsites
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Spanish bilingual skills is a plus
- Experience working for commercial concrete subcontractors
