Senior Recruiter (First Internal Hire) — SaaS Healthcare Company 🚀
📍 Onsite (M–F, Standard Business Hours) | Potential to become Hybrid once established
💰 $120,000–$140,000 base + discretionary bonus

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS healthcare company in a strong scale-up phase, and we’re hiring their first internal recruiter. This is a foundational role where you’ll build and own the recruiting function from the ground up while directly shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent across the organization.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for building and executing full-cycle recruiting across the company, with a strong emphasis on technical, engineering, and commercial roles, including:
- Technical Engineering roles (software, product, and data-focused hiring)
- Commercial, enterprise, and healthcare-facing roles
- Non-traditional hybrid technical + commercial talent profiles
- Owning full-cycle recruiting across all departments
- Leading active sourcing and headhunting (this is a proactive, outreach-driven role)
- Conducting first-round interviews and managing candidates through the hiring process
- Partnering directly with leadership (Teodor, Amar, Kyle) to refine role definitions and calibrate candidate profiles in real time
- Posting and managing open roles across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rippling HR
- Helping establish and improve onboarding processes
- Driving a consistent hiring cadence of 1–2 hires per month
- Building structure, process, and consistency as the company’s first internal talent hire
- Recruiting for complex and non-traditional technical and commercial talent profiles
- Translating nuanced business and technical needs into targeted sourcing strategies
- Identifying high-impact talent outside of traditional pipelines
- Helping define recruiting workflows, best practices, and scalable hiring processes from the ground up
- Leveraging tools including Rippling (HRIS), Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, while helping establish future recruiting infrastructure and systems
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of internal/full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical sales, operations, or other MedTech profiles
- Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, MedTech, or technical/engineering recruiting
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing experience (not purely inbound recruiting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-growth environments
- Prior in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
