You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in modern outpatient clinics treating a diverse orthopedic and rehab patient population. The organization is currently expanding into a new 11,000 sq. ft. therapy center and continues to grow through strong physician and hospital referrals.

About the Role

Physical Therapist (PT) OR Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Responsibilities

  • Monday–Friday schedule only — no weekends!
  • Flexible admin/documentation time built into the day
  • Coastal lifestyle with beaches, boating, restaurants, and outdoor recreation nearby
  • Tight-knit, family-style culture where leadership is highly supportive and hands-on
  • Strong mentorship environment for newer grads
  • Clinics are consistently busy with an established patient base
  • Relocation support available including local housing guidance during interviews
  • Opportunity to split time between nearby clinics or remain primarily at one location

Qualifications

  • PT Candidates: Active Virginia PT license (or ability to obtain)
  • PTA Candidates: Active Virginia PTA license (or ability to obtain)

Required Skills

  • Great personality and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in an outpatient setting

Preferred Skills

  • New grads encouraged to apply

Pay range and compensation package

  • PT: Around $45/hour + flexibility based on experience
  • PTA: $30-35/hr
  • $1,500 annual continuing education reimbursement!
  • Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance
