PROJECT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION / TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

I’m partnered with a growing commercial GC in the Tempe area that’s looking for a true Electrical Project Manager — not just someone with electrical exposure, but someone who actually came up through the field and understands TI work inside and out.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has a strong electrical construction background
• Knows tenant improvement (TI) projects from the ground up
• Can manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Is comfortable being both client-facing and onsite
• Wants autonomy, ownership, and long-term growth

You’d be overseeing projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets/schedules, coordinating subs/vendors/GCs, handling change orders, and keeping jobs moving in occupied commercial environments. Strong conceptual estimating experience and hands-on field knowledge are huge here.

💰 Compensation Highlights:

• Base around $125K
• Performance bonus potential ($60K–$70K+)
