$80–85K + $3K Relocation Bonus

Help make construction sites safer by bringing mental health care directly to the workforce.

A growing behavioral health organization is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to work onsite at a large-scale construction project to support the on-site employees and contractors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 counseling (approx. 16 clients/week, voluntary & employer-paid)
• Support workers with stress, substance use, family issues, and crisis intervention
• Lead mental health awareness talks & safety initiatives
• Be a visible, trusted presence on-site

What You Need

• Active TX LCSW or LPC license required
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging diverse teams
