Job Title: Business to Business Field Sales Rep

Location: Trenton, NJ Metro Area (Hybrid / Field-Based)

Pay Rate:

$70,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Typical Year 1 Earnings: $130,000–$155,000+

$250/month car allowance

Overview:

A fast-growing commercial facility services company is hiring a high-impact B2B Sales Rep to drive recurring revenue growth across Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

This is a relationship-first hunter role built for someone who loves being in the field, building partnerships, opening doors, and closing long-term commercial contracts. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and networking to site walkthroughs, proposal development, negotiations, and closing recurring service agreements.

The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and highly visible. This person will become a central revenue driver for the organization while also mentoring junior sales talent and helping shape future growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is polished, self-sufficient, highly confident in front of commercial decision-makers, and motivated by building a book of recurring business in a competitive B2B market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities throughout the region
  • Develop and close recurring commercial service contracts
  • Conduct onsite walkthroughs, facility assessments, and client consultations
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, operations executives, healthcare environments, and commercial decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement
  • Develop customized proposals, scopes of work, and service solutions
  • Conduct presentations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads
  • Mentor and support two junior sales team members
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, client lunches, and industry functions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention

Work Environment:

  • Candidates must currently live within approximately 40 miles of Trenton, NJ

Compensation & Perks:

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience required
  • Strong business development and prospecting background
  • Demonstrated success hitting measurable revenue goals and production metrics
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, field prospecting, and networking-based sales
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Strong professional presence and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Experience:

  • Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or related B2B service industry experience
  • Existing relationships within facilities management, property management, healthcare, or commercial real estate
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts
  • Leadership or team mentoring experience
  • Regional business connections throughout New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania
