Project Manager – Residential Construction (Hybrid | Los Angeles Area)

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to support residential rebuild and infill projects throughout the Los Angeles market, primarily in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena areas. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a growing regional operation while working at the intersection of construction and technology.

About the Role

This is a hybrid field-based position with a strong onsite presence. You’ll spend the majority of your time visiting active job sites, coordinating construction activities, driving schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish. Initially, this role will be highly hands-on and will blend both Project Management and Superintendent-level responsibilities as the LA market continues to expand.

As the local team grows, the role will evolve into a more traditional Project Management position overseeing a larger portfolio of projects and supporting broader operational growth across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage multiple single-family residential construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee scheduling, project coordination, and day-to-day field execution
• Partner closely with field teams, trade partners, purchasing, and leadership to remove project roadblocks
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
• Help drive accountability with subcontractors and field teams
• Utilize internal construction technology platforms and project tracking tools
• Support both rebuild and infill residential projects throughout the Los Angeles market
• Serve as a key escalation point between field operations and leadership
• Assist in building scalable operational processes as the region continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of residential construction Project Management experience
• Strong background in single-family homebuilding
• Experience with semi-custom residential projects preferred
• Comfortable managing both field operations and project coordination responsibilities
• Familiarity with homes in the approximately $700K–$1.2M range
• Knowledge of Los Angeles County permitting processes and building codes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable adopting new technology and learning proprietary software systems
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $102,000–$122,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunity targeting 20%
• $800/month vehicle allowance
