  • Prioritize competing tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to balance urgency with empathy, especially in sensitive situations
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support high-performing teams (especially sales)
  • Experience influencing or guiding others, even without direct management authority
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can operate independently without heavy oversight
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working within CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience working in environments requiring confidentiality and professionalism
  • Background supporting client-facing teams or high-volume operations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $50,000 – $60,000
  • Annual performance-based bonus and salary review
  • Generous PTO package + holidays
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match

Why This Role?

If you're someone who can lead through organization, communicate with purpose, and operate with both urgency and care, we encourage you to apply!!
