Field Refrigeration Technician – Commercial / Industrial (HVAC/R)

Looking for a role where you’re trusted to do your job, stay busy, and work on a variety of systems instead of the same equipment every day? This is a field-based position supporting a growing service team with a steady pipeline of work.

We’re hiring Refrigeration Technicians who are comfortable working independently, take pride in their craft, and want long-term stability without feeling stuck.

The Role:

This position is focused on servicing commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites. You’ll handle a mix of preventative maintenance, service calls, and system troubleshooting. Some days are straightforward, others require deeper diagnostics — you’ll be relied on to assess the situation and get things running.

Equipment & Systems:

• Commercial and Industrial coolers, freezers, and walk-in units
• Display cases and reach-in systems
• Ice machines and auxiliary refrigeration equipment
• Systems with electrical and control components
• Opportunity to work into larger or rack systems over time

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with 2-3 overnights (week days) based on workload and service demand.

What They’re Looking For:

• Background in commercial refrigeration service and repair
• Ability to troubleshoot systems without constant oversight
• EPA Universal Certification
• Rack refrigeration experience is helpful, but not required
• Dependability and professionalism in the field
