Commercial / Industrial Refrigeration Technician (Field Service)

If you’re an experienced refrigeration tech looking for steady work, a solid schedule, and the ability to work without being micromanaged, this could be a good fit.

This role supports a growing service team handling commercial and light industrial refrigeration across multiple customer sites. The work is consistent, and the expectation is simple — show up, diagnose the issue, and get the system running the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll handle a mix of service calls, preventative maintenance, and system repairs. Some calls are routine, others require more in-depth troubleshooting. You’ll be trusted to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.

Typical equipment includes:

• Walk-in coolers and freezers
• Reach-ins and display cases
• Ice machines
• Refrigeration systems with electrical and control components
• Exposure to larger or rack systems depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (2-3 overnights per week may be required)

What They Need:

• Experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting ability without constant oversight
• EPA Universal Certification
• Rack experience is a plus, not required
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in their work
