I’m seeking an experienced sales professional for a rapidly growing flexible packaging manufacturer based in Lancaster, NH, producing tamper-evident bags, poly bags, film, and custom packaging for industries such as medical, food, forensic, retail, and e-commerce.

They are looking to expand their sales team and have a need for a hunter-type salesperson with flexible packaging industry experience to generate new business. The role will focus heavily on cold calling, relationship building, and industry networking. STRONG potential to grow into a Sales Manager or Director role as the company expands

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach and industry networking
  • Build relationships with customers in food, medical, and related industries
  • Sell custom flexible packaging solutions
  • Identify leads through research, conferences, and company lists
  • Work independently to grow revenue and expand market presence

Requirements

  • Experience in flexible packaging (required)
  • Knowledge of printing, lamination, and converting processes
  • 5+ years in packaging sales preferred
  • Industry contacts and ability to identify decision makers
