We are partnering with a well-established, privately owned rehabilitation group on Virginia’s Eastern Shore to identify a dynamic Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a close-knit, relationship-driven environment where providers are deeply connected to the community and patient outcomes truly matter. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, values autonomy, and enjoys building meaningful patient relationships—this could be a strong fit.

About the Opportunity:

  • Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
  • Balanced workload with built-in admin time
  • Patient population includes adult, geriatric, and student athletes
  • Mix of cases: orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehab

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver hands-on, patient-centered therapy services
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients/day
  • Collaborate closely with PT & PTA teams in a highly integrated care model
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and referring providers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
  • PT: Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy
  • Open to new graduates or early-career professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills—someone who is: Personable, Community-oriented, Relationship-driven
  • Thrives in a team-first, hands-on clinical environment

Compensation & Perks:

  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000
  • Base + Bonus opportunities (flexible/negotiable)
  • Medical, dental, and vision (70% employer-covered)
  • Retirement plan (IRA with 3% match)
  • 3 to 4 weeks PTO to start
  • 8 to 9 paid holidays
  • $1,500 annual continuing education allowance

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Tight-knit team where everyone knows each other—and their patients
  • Leadership that is hands-on, supportive, and invested in your growth
  • Opportunity to be part of an expanding footprint, including a new 11,000 sq. ft. facility
  • Ideal for someone looking to relocate to a scenic, coastal community and build both a career and lifestyle

We look forward to reviewing your resume!
