Physical Therapist (PT) - Entry Level - New grads welcome!!
We are partnering with a well-established, privately owned rehabilitation group on Virginia’s Eastern Shore to identify a dynamic Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a close-knit, relationship-driven environment where providers are deeply connected to the community and patient outcomes truly matter. About the Opportunity:
- Onsite role across two clinic locations (flexible “home base” based on where you live)
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
- Balanced workload with built-in admin time
- Patient population includes adult, geriatric, and student athletes
- Mix of cases: orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehab
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered therapy services
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients/day
- Collaborate closely with PT & PTA teams in a highly integrated care model
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Build long-term relationships with patients and referring providers
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
- PT: Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy
- Open to new graduates or early-career professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills—someone who is: Personable, Community-oriented, Relationship-driven
- Thrives in a team-first, hands-on clinical environment
Compensation & Perks:
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
