Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We’re partnering with a well-respected, community-driven rehabilitation group on Virginia’s Eastern Shore to find a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who brings energy, personality, and a genuine passion for patient care. This isn’t a corporate clinic. It’s a tight-knit team where patients aren’t just numbers—and where you’ll build real relationships with the people you treat every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Treat 10–14 patients per day in a hands-on, high-touch environment
• Support your supervising PT while managing your own patient flow
• Work with a diverse patient population: Orthopedic, Neurological, Post-surgical, Student athletes
• Document care and progress using EMR systems
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PTA in Virginia (required)
• Open to new grads or early-career professionals
• Someone who is: Personable and engaging, Reliable and team-oriented, Comfortable in a fast-paced, full schedule environment
• A “people person” who thrives in a relationship-driven, community setting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage
