• Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
• Build and manage client relationships from prospect to renewal
• Partner with account managers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions
• Own your pipeline and activity through CRM tracking

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license
• Proven ability to generate new business (true “hunter” mindset)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

📍 Location: Primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings (CT-based preferred; MA/NY considered)
