Escrow Officer

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, family-backed real estate and title organization to identify an experienced Escrow Officer to support a new development-focused operation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume, stable pipeline without the pressure of business development!

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in an autonomous environment, values consistency, and wants to play a key role in scaling a new platform from the ground up.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • No book of business required – consistent deal flow provided
  • Backed by an established real estate ecosystem (development, lending, brokerage)
  • Flexible compensation structure – open to bonus/commission models
  • Hybrid schedule with flexibility on hours
  • Opportunity to help build and shape operations within a growing entity
  • Clear runway for leadership and team-building as volume scales

Responsibilities:

  • Manage escrow files from open to close in a high-volume, new construction environment
  • Coordinate with lenders, builders, and closing agents to ensure smooth transactions
  • Review and balance files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute closing documents for execution
  • Work closely with internal and external partners in a streamlined, repeatable process
  • Leverage internal systems (SoftPro or similar) to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with support staff and delegate effectively as the team grows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in title/escrow operations (residential transactions preferred)
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable managing volume and repetitive workflows efficiently
  • New construction or builder-side experience is highly preferred

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive base salary + bonus/commission flexibility
  • Year-end bonus structure and/or per-file incentives available
  • 100% employer-paid health benefits (employee coverage)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited PTO (manager-approved)
  • Hybrid flexibility with an emphasis on results over rigid hours

The Environment:

  • Lean, entrepreneurial, and hands-off leadership style
  • Built for professionals who want ownership, autonomy, and impact
  • A place where quality and execution matter more than red tape

If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on execution, avoid the grind of business development, and grow with a high-potential platform, this could be a strong long-term fit!

We look forward to reviewing your application!
