Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing precision manufacturing company supporting a wide range of industries including automotive, medical, and advanced electronics. This role plays a critical part in keeping complex equipment running efficiently and supporting a major facility consolidation initiative.

This is a hands-on opportunity working with a diverse mix of advanced manufacturing equipment, offering strong exposure to electrical systems, automation, and mechanical troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot a wide variety of manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage components
• Assist with equipment relocation, installation, and setup during facility consolidation
• Collaborate with operators and team members to quickly resolve production issues
• Work across multiple machine types including CNC, robotics, and automated systems

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
• Solid mechanical skillset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28–$39/hour depending on experience
