Office Manager – Real Estate Operations

• Base + Bonus

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Office Manager to support a growing real estate team in Austin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to directly impact revenue and team success.

This is a leadership-focused, commission-driven role where you will play a key part in driving agent production, maintaining accountability, and keeping operations running at a high level.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage agents to maintain and increase production levels
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
• Drive accountability across the team to hit goals and deadlines
• Support agent development, including database building and lead generation
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team performance management
• Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in marketing and/or real estate
• Real estate license
• Experience with social media and advertising
• 2–3 years in an office or operations environment
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate agents
• Highly organized, proactive, and fast-paced

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission -- lower base with heavy commission focused
• Target earnings ~$65K/year
