We are partnering with a well-established, boutique marketing and advertising agency to identify a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant/HR Coordinator. Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Operations (Core Focus) -
- Own full-cycle accounts payable and expense tracking
- Perform credit card reconciliations across leadership and sales teams
- Work directly with P&L statements and balance sheets
- Maintain and update weekly cash flow reporting
- Ensure accuracy across marketing spend, media buys, and reconciliations
- Support weekly payroll processing, including commission structures (30+ employees)
HR & Administrative Support -
- Manage new hire onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance standards
- Support HR processes including documentation and benefits research
- Help maintain a structured, organized, and people-first workplace
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Proficiency in Excel (reporting, formulas; pivot tables a plus)
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Exposure to HR functions and payroll
