Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility specializing in high-performance nonwoven materials used across automotive, industrial, and specialty applications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of 6 maintenance technicians
• Oversee all maintenance operations and equipment reliability
• Drive and improve preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling while minimizing production disruption
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Partner closely with production to ensure efficiency and uptime

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-accountability environment
