🏗️ Construction Project Manager (Multifamily)

📍 East Memphis, TN (Onsite | Local Travel)

A stable, family-owned multifamily construction company in Memphis (east side, close to Germantown) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role managing multiple active builds with strong internal support and a collaborative team environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Manage entire construction projects from kickoff through completion (no estimating required)
• Oversee ~3 multifamily projects at a time
• Coordinate closely with superintendents to maintain schedules and ensure timelines are met
• Handle submittals and review shop drawings
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors to resolve issues and keep work progressing
• Conduct site visits ~2x per week to monitor progress and align on priorities
• Track long lead items and proactively manage delivery timelines
• Work primarily from a private office at the home office
• Utilize Procore for project management and documentation
• Manage scheduling using Primavera P3 and/or Microsoft Project

✅ What You Bring

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle construction projects
• Multifamily project experience is required (must have led & completed more than one project)
• Strong ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110K–$130K
• Bonus: Up to 25% of annual salary
