Position Title: Sales Representative

Location: Must live in Florida

Work Environment: Remote with travel (approx. 4 days/week; regional travel across Florida)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: up to $85K DOE + uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, building materials, or construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience (6+ years acceptable)
• Strong sales drive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a field-based role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Prospect and develop new business through travel, cold calling, and research
• Meet with contractors, buyers, and decision-makers in person
• Support distribution of bulk cement shipments across warehouses and job sites
• Work with both large commercial clients and smaller independent customers

Software/Tools:

• Nutshell CRM
• QuickBooks
