Project Manager – Site Development (Commercial & Residential)

Onsite – Lorton, VA (5 days/week)

$100K–$125K + annual bonus

Seeking multiple Project Managers to support a growing site development contractor with a strong presence in the DC market. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role overseeing both commercial and residential sitework projects from start to finish.

This team is extremely busy (20+ active jobs today), so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, constantly shifting environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-cycle project management across sitework projects (commercial + residential)
• Manage 5–10 active projects at a time across various stages
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and field coordination

Balance a mix of:

• Commercial projects (multiple large jobs in progress)
• Residential work (custom home builders, high project volume)
• Communicate with internal teams, field crews, and clients to keep projects moving
• Quickly shift priorities and adapt to daily changes in workload and jobsite needs

What They’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in construction
• Strong background in sitework (REQUIRED)
• Experience in commercial and/or residential site development
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneously
• Thick-skinned, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly
