Seeking a Product Marketer to join a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on improving safety, performance, and outcomes in the operating room through advanced AI and data-driven insights.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how innovative products are brought to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the bridge between product and marketing, translating product enhancements into clear, compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and storytelling for both internal and external audiences
- Partner closely with sales to enable effective communication of product value in the field
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence, feeding insights back into product roadmap decisions
- Help define how complex, AI-driven solutions are communicated to non-technical stakeholders (especially in healthcare environments)
- Contribute to launch strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required (strong academic background preferred)
- Experience or exposure to healthcare, medtech, or clinical environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear value propositions
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage, or evolving environments
- Hands-on mindset “player, not coach” someone who wants to execute, not just strategize
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and bring creative, non-linear approaches to market positioning
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both internal teams and select customers
