Electrical Project Manager

Tempe, AZ (Onsite – Office + Field)

$125K Base + $60K–$70K Bonus

About the Role

A growing, mid-sized commercial general contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of a high volume of projects while leading teams across both field and office operations.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you’ll manage 15–20+ projects simultaneously, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to drive successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects (budget, schedule, execution, closeout)
• Manage 15–20+ active projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
• Own project financials (job costing, forecasting, margins)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• 5–10+ years of electrical trade/field experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills able to manage people, not just projects
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Project
• Organized, process-driven, and highly accountable
• Reliable with strong follow-through
