Executive Director of Strategic Growth - Digital Health

Remote (U.S.-based)

$140K–$180K base + bonus (flex depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re building a different kind of commercial function in healthcare one focused on strategic growth, clinical alignment, and long-term partnerships, not traditional sales.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, taking inbound interest and early-stage conversations and turning them into fully executed partnerships.

You will own and drive complex health system deals forward, navigating internal and external stakeholders across clinical, financial, legal, and operational teams.

This is not a quota-driven sales role, it’s a strategic operator role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands healthcare systems, and knows how to move complex initiatives from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end partnership execution, from initial alignment through contract completion
  • Map and manage multi-threaded stakeholder environments (clinical, finance, legal, operations)
  • Drive internal coordination across teams to ensure deals progress efficiently
  • Translate high-level interest into structured partnership plans and timelines
  • Identify risks, blockers, and gaps and proactively solve for them
  • Partner closely with executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Support development of repeatable processes for partnership execution and growth

What They’re Looking For

  • 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or health system partnerships
  • Strong experience working with or selling into health systems / hospitals
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and executive teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in unstructured environments
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at the C-suite level

Nice to Have

  • Background in digital health, care delivery, or clinical operations
  • Experience with implementation, partnerships, or strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with healthcare contracting, compliance, or regulatory processes

Why This Role

  • High visibility with executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape and build a new function from the ground up
  • Work on meaningful initiatives that directly impact patient care and system performance
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong growth trajectory
