A fast-growing SaaS healthcare company in Lower Manhattan is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive execution across digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all social media channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus, plus X & YouTube)
- Oversee and maintain the company website
- Execute email campaigns and CRM campaigns (Salesforce or similar) targeting prospects and existing users (content provided)
- Drive lead generation and growth marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize paid advertising / PPC campaigns (Google Ads and similar platforms)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic
- Lead digital marketing campaigns and support product marketing efforts
- Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams in-office to align messaging and drive adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience (B2B SaaS or digital marketing preferred)
- Proven experience with paid ads / PPC campaigns
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO
- Experience managing LinkedIn-first social media strategies
- Hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns
- Experience running campaigns in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Highly intelligent, curious, and driven individual
- A true doer—someone who executes, not just strategizes
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC
