Project Manager – Sports & Golf Construction

REMOTE/Nationwide Travel (70%)

Target Salary: up to $125K + Bonus

A nationally recognized sports and turf construction company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the construction of golf courses and athletic fields across the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to manage projects that shape football, baseball, soccer, and championship golf facilities used by athletes and communities nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, managing multiple projects, and working closely with field teams to bring complex construction projects to life.

What You'll Do

• Manage 8+ active projects simultaneously, from preconstruction through closeout

• Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, and field superintendents

• Conduct regular site visits nationwide to ensure project progress and quality

• Lead weekly coordination meetings and review 2-week project outlooks with field teams

• Oversee procurement, billing, and documentation using Procore and Excel

• Ensure projects follow AIA documentation and construction processes

Projects You'll Work On

Golf Course Construction ($5M avg projects)

Athletic Facilities – Football, Baseball, Soccer ($1.5M avg projects)

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of construction experience

• Understanding of the full project lifecycle

• Experience with Excel, CAD, and Bluebeam (or similar)

• Willingness to travel up to70% nationwide
