Digital Marketing Manager (AI/Healthcare Technology)

$120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus Potential

We’re partnering with an innovative, AI-driven healthcare technology company transforming safety, performance, and outcomes in the operating room. This organization is at the forefront of surgical data analytics, leveraging machine learning, computer vision, and advanced sensing technology to improve patient care across leading medical institutions globally.

They are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute digital strategy across multiple channels, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

The Role

This is a highly visible, execution-focused role reporting directly to senior leadership. You’ll take ownership of all digital marketing initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with product and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and website)
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and CRM-driven outreach (Salesforce or similar)
  • Drive lead generation and growth marketing initiatives
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, etc.)
  • Oversee SEO strategy and analyze performance via Google Analytics
  • Support product marketing and digital campaign execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging

What They’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong experience with paid media (PPC), SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Proven track record managing social media (LinkedIn-focused)
  • Experience executing email campaigns and CRM marketing workflows
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Highly analytical, curious, and intellectually driven
  • A true “doer” someone who executes, not just strategizes
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech (not required)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
