Backed by years of research and real-world application, the organization offers a rare opportunity to contribute to work that is both mission-driven and technically sophisticated.

We are looking for a highly organized, analytically minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support both strategic marketing initiatives and high-impact event operations.

This position sits at the core of the marketing function, with a strong emphasis on event coordination, execution, and cross-functional support. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both detail-obsessed and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end event logistics, including conferences, exhibits, and internal retreats
  • Manage vendor relationships, registrations, timelines, and deliverables for 1–2 events per month (remote coordination)
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials, requests, and campaign assets
  • Assist in preparing and distributing customer-facing communications, including release notes and updates
  • Handle ad hoc marketing initiatives, often within tight timelines
  • Ensure all deliverables are well-structured, polished, and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to events or conference coordination
  • SAS experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical and technically capable — comfortable working with data, tools, and structured workflows
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% onsite position
  • Equity: Employee stock option plan (4-year vesting)
  • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous PTO: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, 2 personal days
  • Additional holidays including extended year-end break
  • Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on meaningful impact
  • Intellectually curious, highly technical environment
  • High standards, low ego — team members are supportive and results-oriented

We look forward to reviewing your resume!
