This position sits at the core of the marketing function, with a strong emphasis on event coordination, execution, and cross-functional support. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end event logistics, including conferences, exhibits, and internal retreats
- Manage vendor relationships, registrations, timelines, and deliverables for 1–2 events per month (remote coordination)
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, requests, and campaign assets
- Assist in preparing and distributing customer-facing communications, including release notes and updates
- Handle ad hoc marketing initiatives, often within tight timelines
- Ensure all deliverables are well-structured, polished, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to events or conference coordination
- SAS experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical and technically capable — comfortable working with data, tools, and structured workflows
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
