We are seeking a highly analytical, technically strong Finance Operations Manager to drive operational financial performance across two manufacturing facilities. This is a data-heavy, hands-on role focused on shop-floor analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and EBITDA-impacting cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data (labor, production rates, machine data, cycle times)
• Lead KPI review meetings for both plants
• Build advanced forecast & budgeting models
• Perform deep Excel-based quantitative modeling
• Conduct variance & root cause analysis (5-Why / Fishbone)
• Mine Oracle EBS data for cost trends & inefficiencies
• Drive labor, procurement & distribution cost-saving initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain & IT
• Support Lean / Six Sigma operational improvements
• Translate shop floor data into strategic financial insight

What They’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years finance experience (manufacturing exposure preferred)
• Expert-level Excel modeling
• Strong forecasting, budgeting & cost analysis background
• Oracle EBS & Power BI experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (accredited university required)
• Curious, investigative, problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Cost accounting exposure
• Lean / Six Sigma familiarity
• MBA or CMA
• Experience in vertically integrated environments
