This organization develops advanced AI-powered platforms that analyze surgical environments using machine learning, analytics, and ambient sensing technology to help hospitals improve patient safety, clinical performance, and operational efficiency.

This role works closely with executive leadership and hospital stakeholders to guide organizations through the evaluation, business case development, and implementation of cutting-edge healthcare technology.

  • Engage hospital stakeholders including CIOs, surgeons, and healthcare administrators to understand operational needs and guide decision-making.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring follow-ups, project milestones, and internal coordination stay on track.
  • Help hospitals adopt a new category of surgical intelligence technology, guiding them through evaluation, purchasing, and implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working inside a hospital system (perioperative services, surgery department, hospital operations, CIO office, etc.).
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior hospital leadership and clinical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building ROI models, business cases, or data-driven presentations.
  • Comfort working with technology platforms, data analytics, and software solutions.
  • Genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes and advancing clinical innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Background in healthcare consulting or hospital strategy.
  • Experience in perioperative operations, OR analytics, or clinical performance improvement.
  • MBA or equivalent business education.
  • Exposure to healthcare SaaS, data platforms, or digital health technologies.

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Hospital operations or perioperative leadership
  • Healthcare management consulting
  • Clinical analytics or surgical services administration
  • Healthcare technology implementation

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90K – $130K base salary
  • Equity / stock options
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • PTO + sick leave + additional holiday time
  • Remote work flexibility
