I’m working with a growing AI-driven healthcare technology company focused on improving surgical safety and operating room performance across hospitals in North America and Europe.

They are looking for a Project Manager to support the C-Suite in following up on new customers and managing ongoing relationships.

This position is remote but New York resident is preferred.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to support hospital client engagements

• Build ROI models, business cases, and strategic presentations for hospital leadership

• Manage projects from initial customer engagement through implementation

• Support conversations with hospital executives, surgeons, and perioperative leadership

• Follow up on inbound leads and industry event connections (no cold calling)

• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation

• Help hospitals understand and adopt new AI-driven technology designed to improve surgical outcomes

• Manage multiple client touchpoints and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Ideal background:

• Experience working inside a hospital system (perioperative services, OR operations, surgery departments, hospital administration, etc.)

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset with experience building business cases or ROI analysis

• Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes

• Comfortable engaging with hospital leadership and navigating complex organizations
