I’m currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and service a large book of personal lines clients. The role focuses on client service, policy changes, renewals, and retention, while producers handle most new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a high-volume personal lines book (auto, home, renters, umbrella, boat, flood, life, etc.)
• Handle client calls, policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and coverage questions
• Support producers with renewal servicing and client retention
• Process policy downloads and updates through carrier systems

Requirements

• Active NC Property & Casualty license
• 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in agency management systems
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Nice to have (Spanish bilingual)
