Project Manager – Commercial & Healthcare Flooring
Location: Salem, NH
Schedule: Onsite (50% Office / 50% Field)
Compensation: $110,000 Base + Bonus
A growing commercial and healthcare flooring contractor in Salem, NH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from bid through completion. This role requires a strong field presence and the ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee 20–30 active projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ across residential, Main Street commercial, and hospital environments. This individual will coordinate installers per project (no direct reports) and maintain consistent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from bid through final execution
- Oversee 20–30 projects simultaneously (No Direct reports)
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinate installers and subcontractors per project
- Maintain scheduling, timelines, and job progression
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and job superintendents
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and related project management tools
Qualifications
- Project Management experience within a Construction trade required
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Effective communicator with a relationship-driven approach
- Comfortable working in both office and field settings
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel (RFMS experience is a plus; training provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonuses paid in July and December
