  • Ability to create executive-level board decks using financial data
  • Experience advising CEOs and executive teams
  • Fundraising or M&A exposure
  • Consulting background with executive financial advisory experience

Pay range and compensation package

  • Flat monthly retainer (1099 engagement)
  • Equity participation (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
  • Approximately 20 hours per week (deliverable-focused)
  • Fully remote
  • Quarterly board meeting travel to New York City

If you command a boardroom, understand SaaS financials, and want to drive strategic impact in a growing healthcare technology company, we welcome your application!

This is a job posting to attract talent and should not be treated as a contract. Scope, compensation, and expectations are open to discussion and refinement through the interview process.
