Superintendent – Ground-Up Hotel Construction

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

100% Travel (Home approximately every two weeks – company paid)

Projects are located throughout the Southeast, including: VA, NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, MS, FL

With a thriving hospitality division and an expanding pipeline of negotiated hotel projects, they are seeking an experienced Ground-Up Hotel Superintendent to join their team.

Position Overview

The Superintendent will manage all onsite operations for ground-up hotel construction projects across the Southeast. This is a travel-based role requiring continuous project-site presence, with company-paid trips home approximately every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities for ground-up hotel builds
• Oversee subcontractors, inspections, safety, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and company leadership
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and site documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Enforce company standards, processes, and brand requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience building ground-up hotels required
• Prior Superintendent experience required
• Strong understanding of hospitality brand standards
• Ability and willingness to travel 100%
• Stable work history with a long-term career mindset
• Strong leadership and process-driven approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
• $750/month truck allowance
