As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Senior Accountant, maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting collections, and ensuring billing is processed accurately and on time.

Fully remote role preferred for professionals in Latin America (Spanish + English speaking strongly preferred) who can reliably work 8am to 5pm pacific time Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do

• Reconcile, review, post, and distribute invoices accurately and on schedule
• Record and reconcile cash receipts
• Manage and track collections with follow-up and documentation
• Maintain strong data entry workflows in Excel
• Support general accounts receivable/payable and payroll tasks
• Ensure client/vendor compliance and support administrative accounting duties
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company financial policies
• Collaborate daily with the Head of Finance and Senior Accountant

Compensation & Perks

Base Pay: $1,700 per month

Schedule: Standard workday aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST business hours

Requirements

Must Have

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Construction or Property Management Accounting Experience
• Salesforce Cloudseed or Similar Software Experience
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience posting journal entries, reconciliations, and AR/AP workflows
• Excellent Excel skills with high-accuracy data entry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow volume
• Comfortable with tactical accounting responsibilities
• Experience with Salesforce Accounting Seed or similar ERP a plus
