Salary & Perks:
- $150,000 – $200,000/yr + Bonus (Based on experience level, leadership background, and ability to drive documented cost savings)

Overview:
This is a well-established, privately held MEP contractor executing complex, high-impact industrial piping, HVAC and plumbing projects across commercial and industrial environments.
The Superintendent serves as the field execution leader. Role involves owning safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance while leading high-performing teams of skilled technicians.
This role blends hands-on field leadership with strategic oversight and is designed for Superintendents who thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable traveling, and want to be rewarded directly for the value they create.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee large-scale MEP projects including complex change-outs, retrofits, and installations
- Direct, coach, mentor, and manage teams of 10–30 technicians, mechanics, apprentices, and helpers
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, tools, and materials to meet aggressive project timelines
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and job orders for precise field execution
- Review and release shop and spool drawings to support efficient installation
- Partner with Project Managers and engineering teams to align field execution with project goals
- Monitor job costs, review weekly cost reports, and actively identify cost-saving opportunities
- Enforce safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Utilize modern construction technology, including Procore, BIM tools, and mobile devices
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of construction or MEP industry experience with significant supervisory responsibility
- Proven experience leading field teams of 8-15+
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and applicable international codes
- Demonstrated ability to control costs and drive measurable savings on projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Experience with construction software such as Procore & BIM tools
- Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules
