🏢 Property Manager | Coral Gables, FL (Onsite)

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to oversee a 500-unit multifamily portfolio across 40–45 buildings.

This is a hands-on, structured role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing renewals, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations.

1️⃣ What You’ll Manage

• Property walks & move-out inspections

• Maintenance coordination & vendor oversight

• Lease renewals and rent negotiations

• Daily reporting & structured operations

(No accounting or CAM responsibility.)

2️⃣ What They’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience

• Spanish bilingual (read/write) — required

• Strong renewal negotiation skills

• AppFolio experience (Yardi considered)

• Extremely detail-oriented & structured
