Retention Support Specialist
This role focuses on retaining customers, improving pricing, troubleshooting issues, and identifying upsell opportunities — with strong residual income potential. You’ll handle live transfer calls per day, work support tickets, reconnect with former clients, and help implement stronger retention processes as the team grows.
-What You’ll Do:
• Take inbound cancellation calls and save the account
• Negotiate pricing and offer equipment solutions
• Upsell services to drive residual income
• Help build retention processes and eventually support team growth
• Work inside internal CRM + Outlook
