Overview
A multi-state licensed real estate settlement and title services organization is seeking a high-performing Business Development leader/Title Producer to drive revenue growth through an established network of real estate relationships.
This is a purely revenue-generating role designed for professionals who already maintain an active, transferable book of business and consistently bring real estate closings to the settlement table. The organization provides operational support, multi-state licensing capabilities, and a remote-friendly environment designed to help producers maximize earnings and scale their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new real estate settlement and title business through an existing client network
- Maintain and expand relationships with realtors, lenders, developers, attorneys, and referral partners
- Bring active transactions to closing while ensuring a smooth client experience
- Perform or oversee closings depending on state requirements and personal preference
- Collaborate with internal processing and operations teams to ensure successful execution
- Grow and retain a personal book of business across multiple states
What Success Looks Like
- Maintains an active book of business generating approximately 10–30+ closings per month
- Functions as a trusted relationship manager and revenue producer
- Drives repeat business through strong service and client retention
- Leverages multi-state licensing capabilities to expand opportunities
Ideal Background
- Experience in title insurance, real estate settlement, or title business development
- Proven history of generating real estate closings (not strictly operational or processing roles)
- Existing, transferable book of business required
- Strong relationships within real estate, lending, or development communities
- Experience performing or overseeing closings (state dependent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Title producer or settlement licensing (state-specific; required in some states such as Maryland)
- Multi-state client relationships
- Familiarity with title/settlement platforms such as Qualia or similar systems
- Ability to process own transactions is a plus but not required
Target Locations (Remote)
Candidates must be based in or actively conducting business in one or more of the following states:

- Florida
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000
- Commission: 35% of gross revenue generated
- Significant earning upside for strong producers
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility
