Sales Representative

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Industry: High-End Residential Window & Door Replacement

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base plus approximately $20,000 first-year commission, with significant earning potential as tenure and performance increase.

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to develop and manage a sales pipeline, secure new business, and support high-end residential projects. This role includes local travel within NYC and occasional trips for product and technology training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities (hunter mentality required)
  • Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including cold calling, scheduling meetings, contract negotiation, and project handoff
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to support customer needs
  • Support inbound leads as assigned while focusing on self-generated opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Construction industry experience, ideally in windows, doors, millwork, or building supplies
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, grit, and drive for results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2C or B2B sales experience
  • Experience with longer, education-based sales cycles

Software/Tools: Monday.com, Dropbox, Slack, Microsoft 365, Expensify
