Join a long-standing (60+ years in business!) & growing commercial real estate brokerage working on high-value transactions across industrial, office, retail, land, and investment sales. The Houston office is lean, sharp, and expingclient-facanding and this role sits at the center of the action.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, support live deals, manage critical data, and help drive transactions from first outreach to closing. GREAT role for those proactive, detail-obsessed professionals who want real exposure and mentorship inside commercial real estate.
This is not a back office support role! This is a client facing position and requires the ability to confidently communicate in person, via phone, and email.
💼 What You’ll Do:
This role blends administrative excellence + deal support + business operations.
🧠 Core Responsibilities
- Partner daily with senior brokers to manage priorities and workflows
- Own calendars, scheduling, meetings, and property tours
- Handle inbound calls and draft polished follow-up emails
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
🏗️ Transaction & Deal Support
- Organize deal files and track transaction timelines
- Assist with leases, proposals, commission agreements, and closing docs
- Maintain pipeline reports, KPIs, and market comps
- Keep listings, maps, and property details accurate and current
📊 Business Development & CRM
- Scrub property databases to identify owners and new leads
- Prep daily call and email prospecting lists
- Track industrial listings and leasing activity across Houston
- Update CRM with contacts, notes, and follow-ups
📣 Marketing & Operations
- Support flyers, offering memorandums (OMs), and email campaigns
- Coordinate signage or occasional site visits
- Organize SharePoint folders and handle light office admin
- Support onboarding of new clients and engagements

💵 Compensation
- $65,000 base salary
- Full-time, onsite
- Typical hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM

Must Have
- 2–4 years of administrative, operations, or office support experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history!

- Salesforce or CRM experience
